Everyone who works at The Tech Department pledges to uphold this Code of Honour. This code defines the basis by which we treat our clients, our partners, and each other.
- I will uphold this Code of Honour. I am prepared to be called on it and I will call others to uphold it.

- I will be on time.
- I will work within our systems for success and I will work on them. To be the best, we have to do things best.
- If I don't know, I will ask. If I do know, I will share.
- I am a professional, so I must look and act like one.
- I will do what is beneficial to all concerned - the customer, the company, everybody.
- I am here for a reason. So is everybody else. I will respect those reasons and I will respect other people.
- I will sell what the Tech Department offers.
- I will work to my strengths. When I have time, I will work on my weaknesses.
