Managed Services save your organization money by monitoring and proactively maintaining your technology to insure peak performance and to catch small problems before they become big ones. Big problems often result in down time, and when your technology isn’t working, neither are your employees. With that said, sometimes a hardware component does fail without indication, and if that happens, know that priority support is on the way. If your machine needs to be sent away or we need to order parts, we’ll bring a modern, fast, loaner device for you to use.
Our pricing is simple, straight forward, and affordable for any organization. The monthly rate is calculated on a per-workstation and per server model – that’s it! We don’t count all your printers, switches, network attached storage, etc. It’s expected that all users are utilizing those resources, so why complicate the billing process? Our Gold Level Management package covers nearly everything.
Although our per-server pricing is calculated based on its role, the average small business with a single server can expect to see the management fee around $4 per day. Workstations (desktops and laptops) are around $2 per day, per workstation. Discounts are available starting at quantities of ten workstations, and for not-for-profit and educational organizations. (Yes, we actually showed you what the average small business with 2-4 computers would pay and not the “only if you have 500 computers” price).
